The Actual Freedom Fund’s sole and exclusive mission is to promote and facilitate an actual freedom from the human condition for every human being on the planet sincerely interested in it, with the aim to bring about an actual and lasting peace on earth sooner rather than later.
The fund promotes the spread of actualism in order to facilitate peace on earth by:
- Keeping resources freely available — maintaining websites, forums, and discussion platforms so anyone can access information about actual freedom at no cost
- Facilitating get-togethers — helping actualists connect in person or virtually for discussion, interaction, and the simple enjoyment of each other’s company
- Covering costs — funding travel, accommodations, or other expenses that might otherwise prevent someone from participating

The fund was initially financed by a generous bequest from Alan Izatt, an actualist from the UK who became interested in actualism in 1998 and passed away in late 2021. In his will, Alan left a bequest specifically for “the furtherance of an actual freedom from the human condition.”

The Fund operates as a taxable nonprofit corporation registered in Delaware, USA. Donations are not tax-deductible.

The Fund’s sole and exclusive mission is baked directly into its Articles of Incorporation — the legal document creating the entity.
For the avoidance of doubt, the term “actual freedom from the human condition”, or “actual freedom” for short, is used as defined on the Actual Freedom Trust website available at https://actualfreedom.com.au as of December 18, 2025.
An archived zip copy of the Actual Freedom Trust website, as published on that date, is hereby made available, with permission from the Directors of that Trust, along with its SHA-256 hash (a cryptographic fingerprint that uniquely identifies the file contents), for posterity in record-keeping and maintaining integrity of the terms and therefore of the Fund’s mission.
